These guidelines intend to provide clarity in guiding changes to properties in the Millers Point & Dawes Point Village Precinct to achieve current owners’ aspirations, and to incorporate modern amenity while retaining the heritage values of individual properties and the precinct as a whole.

The guidelines have been informed through community consultation undertaken by the Heritage Council of NSW in partnership with Heritage NSW and the City of Sydney.
