A total of 83 submissions were received on the draft plan during this period. Submissions were received from individuals and organisations, including from a range of stakeholder groups. All submissions received are valued, have been carefully considered and have helped National Parks and Wildlife Service to better understand the community’s views.
The final plan was approved by National Parks and Wildlife Service after consideration of all submissions received on the draft plan and advice received from a statewide Horse Riding Reference Group, National Parks and Wildlife Advisory Council, the Blue Mountains Regional Advisory Committee and the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area Advisory Committee.
