Proposed construction and operation of conservation fencing, associated infrastructure, and control of feral predators and herbivores to support the reintroduction of locally extinct species, at Shanes Park in western Sydney.

This National Parks Establishment Plan identifies priorities for building the DECC reserve system in each biogeographic region of NSW. Wilderness declaration requires the area to be managed to protect its wilderness values, including its substantially unmodified state and provision of opportunities for solitude and self-reliant recreation.
