Megaptera novaeangliae (Humpback Whale) Borowski, 1781– Removal from Vulnerable Species list

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a Final Determination to support a proposal to remove Megaptera novaeangliae (Humpback Whale) Borowski, 1781 from the Schedules of the Act by omitting reference to this species from Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Vulnerable species).
