Xanthosia scopulicola J.M.Hart & Henwood - Removal from the Act (vulnerable species)

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a final determination to remove Xanthosia scopulicola J.M.Hart & Henwood from the Schedules of the Act by omitting reference to this species from Part 3 of Schedule 1 (vulnerable species).

The Scientific Committee, established by the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995, made a final determination to list the herb Xanthosia scopulicola J.M. Hart & Henwood as a vulnerable species in Schedule 2 of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 on 7 November 2023. The final determination published on 11 April 2025 has found that the species is ineligible for listing on the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 schedules.
