Centennial Parklands is a vibrant urban parklands located less than 5 kilometres from Sydney CBD. Receiving over 10 million visitors a year, it exists for the use and enjoyment of the whole community. Western Sydney Parklands Trust
Stretching for 27 kilometres over three local government areas (Blacktown, Liverpool and Fairfield), Western Sydney Parklands is the largest urban parkland in Australia.
Also known as 'Sydney’s Biggest Backyard', this 5280 hectare open space includes everything from native bushland to picnic shelters and barbecues, playgrounds, cycling and walking tracks. The Parklands is home to major events and tourist attractions such as the new Sydney Zoo. It also features a number of urban farms, community and business facilities.
