The Guidance for the Biodiversity Development Assessment Report Template is an introductory, self-help tool designed for Accredited Assessors and Local Government officers who prepare, or review Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports (BDARs). It provides information on how to use the BDAR template and links sections of the template with sections of the Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM), operational manuals and other sources of information and guidelines.
The BDAR Template has been created to assist accredited assessors (AAs) to prepare a BDAR. It has been developed in accordance with best practice, the minimum information requirements and to support BDAR reviewers. The template is comprehensive and provides AAs and reviewers with increased guidance on best practice for BDAR documents.
