This Bird of Prey Care Assessment Tool has been designed for wildlife rehabilitation groups to monitor their level of compliance with the Code of Practice for Injured, Sick and Orphaned Birds of Prey.

The tool is for use by species coordinators and experienced bird of prey rehabilitators such as mentors. It aims to provide an objective snapshot of a group members application of all, or specific parts of the code.
