This document is the pest management strategy for the Far South Coast Region and covers the southeast forest areas of NSW stretching between Batemans Bay in the north, and the Victorian border in the south. The region extends inland to include the southern escarpment and parts of the Southern Tablelands including the major towns of Bombala and Braidwood.
Monga State Conservation Area is located on the Southern Tablelands of NSW, east of Braidwood. It was reserved in 2005, with minor additions in 2009 and 2014 and covers approximately 1009 hectares.
This fire management strategy incorporates Badja Swamps Nature Reserve, Berlang State Conservation Area, Frogs Hole State Conservation Area and Monga State Conservation Area.
