Kosciuszko National Park Amendment to the Plan of Management Snowy 2.0
This plan of management amendment ensures that Snowy 2.0 works enabled by the Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997, provided they are approved under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and authorised under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974, are in accordance with National Parks and Wildlife Act.
